We offer a wide range of nursing services, including elderly care, postoperative care, medication administration, wound management, mobility assistance, and personalized healthcare management. Our skilled nurses are trained to handle various health scenarios and adapt to the specific needs of each client.

We are seeking:

Individuals passionate about caring for seniors and the elderly
Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents aged 18 – 60 years old
Candidates with a minimum of PMR/SPM education

As a NurseNextYou Care Professional, your role will encompass providing these care services to seniors with warmth, tact, and professionalism:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
Perform Vital Signs assessment
Assist in Medication
Provide Companionship and Facilitate Recreational Activities
Do Grocery Shopping & Meal Preparation
Perform Light Housekeeping for Seniors
Supervise Physical Exercises and Activities
Accompany Seniors to Medical Appointments
Provide Personal Hygiene Care (Showering / Bed Bath / Diaper changing)
Undertake Night Caregiving
Check-in Visits
Help with Personal Grooming (Hair Cut)

Once you have successfully joined as a NurseNextYou caregiver, our NurseNextYou CarePro app will match you to cases suitable for your skill set, location, etc. You can easily browse through and slide the "Apply" button to take up the cases you prefer. Please note that application approval for Care Visits is on a first-come-first-served and best-fit basis.

Where is the care provided, and is transportation provided?

Since NurseNextYou offers private home care, most visits will take place in the seniors' residences, unless stated otherwise. Currently, NurseNextYou does not provide transportation; therefore, NurseNextYou Care Professionals will need to make their own travel arrangements. Fixed transportation allowances are generally included for visits, in addition to your visit payout.
